Community Advocacy

Community advocacy's goal is to change the ideas and attitudes of the public. This can be accomplished by using educational strategies and the media to reach the public and promote an issue.  Educational strategies can include direct mail, publications, group presentations, TV, radio, editorials, news releases, press conferences, and social media.
