    Internet Resources

The quality of life of people with limited mobility can be improved by access to resources for daily living.  Some of those resources include exercise, activities, employment, travel, human rights, clothing, mobility devices, and physical and mental health.

Functional Accessibility

Functional Accessibility, how easy it is to approach, enter, use, and leave a facility either alone or with help, depends on your particular set of abilities.  If you use a walker what you are able to do and the places you are able to access are different than if you are in a wheelchair.  Likewise there are differences between manual wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs and scooters.  These Functional Accessibility Reviews may help you decide which places best fit your abilities.
